Helaas zijn de normen van extreem links momenteel antisemitisch en onvoldoende op waarheid gebaseerd. Bijvoorbeeld de publicaties en voorwendselen van Tim Hofman zijn opruiing van vrije nieuwsgaring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het artikel 261 uit het Strafrecht stelt dat hij (of zij)  die opzettelijk iemands eer of goede naam aanrandt, door telastlegging van een bepaald feit, met het kennelijke doel om daaraan ruchtbaarheid te geven, wordt, als schuldig aan smaad, gestraft met gevangenisstraf van ten hoogste zes maanden of geldboete van de derde categorie. Door art. 261, derde lid, Sr is een inbreuk op de eer en goede naam van personen ten gunste van het vrije woord onder omstandigheden gerechtvaardigd of althans niet als smaad\/smaadschrift te kwalificeren. De uitsluitingsgrond geldt voor de dader die te goeder trouw heeft kunnen aannemen dat het te last gelegde waar is en dat het algemeen belang de telastlegging eiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De <strong>Partij voor de Mindere<\/strong> wil verwijdering van artikel 261, derde lid.
